At Fortis HD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unworn garments with original tags attached into their original shipping box or a similar durable container.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package, ensuring no old labels are visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
